Apples: *All apples are picked and graded by hand
*Some apples may be sold unwashed to prevent bruising
*We do not wax our apples
*We recommend you always wash your fruit before you eat it.
Peach: *All peaches are hand picked when they are firm/ripe.
*Peaches are not washed due to their sensitive flesh.
*Our peaches are all Freestone (they come away from the pit); however a few early varieties cling to the pit even though they are labeled Freestone.
